Continental breakfast is offered in our common room on the second floor from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

• Cancellation provided with less than 48 hours notice of the first night of your stay is Non-Refundable.
• Cancellation provided with more than 48 hours notice, but less than 1 week of the first night of your stay will result in a 50% refund of your booking rate.
• Cancellation provided with more than 1 weeks notice, but less than 2 weeks of the first night of your stay will result in a 75% refund of your booking rate.
• Cancellation provided with 2 weeks notice or more of the first night of your stay will be refunded with a $100 Cancellation fee.

Check-Out Time: 11:00AM

We have a drop-off zone for check-in (10 minute limit) in the lot next to our building and offer free local off-site parking (approximately 0.5 mi away). There are paid lots located closer to our inn available at the rates charged by the applicable vendors.
